General
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; please ask when you book.
Where is Wisaal Srinagar located?
We are on Shalimar Road in Nishat, Srinagar, about 200 metres before the Agriculture University. Shalimar Bagh is about 1 km away and Dal Lake is a short drive.
How far is the hotel from the airport and railway station?
The Sheikh ul Alam International Airport is about 22 km away and Srinagar railway station is about 20 km. The TRC bus stand is about 11.6 km and the city centre about 11 km. Our front desk can arrange a taxi.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
Do you have parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available for guests.
Is there a welcome drink?
Yes. Every guest is welcomed with a drink on arrival.

How do I book a room?
Choose your dates and guests, select a room and meal plan, then complete the secure online checkout. You will receive a confirmation email. You can also call +91 6006750005 or write to [email protected].
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI and net banking are accepted through our secure online payment gateway.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, or for a no-show, the first night is charged. Contact us to change your dates.
Are taxes included in the room rates?
No. Taxes are extra and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
What ID do guests need?
Every adult guest needs a valid photo ID: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence or Government ID. Local IDs are not accepted, and the primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

What room types do you have?
We have Premium Rooms and Boutique Suites, each with a king bed. See the Rooms page for photos, features and rates.
What meal plans are available?
Bed & Breakfast includes a daily breakfast. Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner adds one more meal each day. Rates for both are shown for every room.
Is there a lower rate for single occupancy?
Yes. When one adult stays alone, a lower single-occupancy rate is applied automatically for both meal plans.
How are extra beds and children charged?
Children up to 5 years stay complimentary, sharing the existing bedding. An extra adult or a child with an extra bed, and a child without a bed, are charged per night; the rates are shown in the rate table on each room page.
Dining & wellness
What restaurants are in the hotel?
Nayaab Restaurant & Lounge serves multi-cuisine, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Fatoosh Café & Hookah Lounge serves brunch, mocktails and coffee, with a hookah lounge.
Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available. Call the front desk to order.
Can non-guests dine with you?
Yes. Nayaab and Fatoosh are open to visitors as well as hotel guests.

Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed, and the hotel is non-smoking; smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Are unmarried couples welcome?
Yes, unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID.
Can you arrange sightseeing?
Yes. Our front desk can arrange taxis, guides and day trips to Shalimar Bagh, Dal Lake, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg.
